Ghana Parliament Passed
Legislation imposing three-to-five-year jail penalties for those found guilty of endorsing, sponsoring, or facilitating LGBTQ+ activities has been approved by the Ghanaian Parliament.
Anyone found engaging in such acts faces a minimum term of six months to a maximum sentence of three years under the recently approved law.
